I was checking the institutional holders and noticed that Barclay's has sizable stakes listed for two different entities. Also, I believe the Heartland management and one of it funds also owned shares separately. It certainly can be done. It would be nice to know if that's what happened here.
Sorry I have always wanted to use that subject, lol. Anyway, have we now confirmed that Paulson has in fact bought a 13% stake in the company? If so, has olddog made a public retraction so dmiller can recalibrate "face value".
