Well, well, well ... Now the hedge fund FUD instrument, dealReporter and their negative leaks make all the more sense when, after the massacre, the big boy mysteriously strolls into town.

Paulson: "What? What? Somethin' goin' on 'round here?"

What impeccable timing ... a ... errrr ... coincidence! [wink]

As of September 30th, 2011 Paulson & Co. Inc. went from a $0 share stake in InterDigital to now ... 3,000,000 shares worth $139 million!

What was that Cramer ... you state on TV you don't know how to value InterDigital therefore his audience should stay away from it. What? dealReporter you say interest is waning and bidders are in a holding pattern, and all the while when IDCC erases it's gains, based solely on rumors, while in a quiet period since stating their investigation into "strategic alternatives" ... John Paulson somehow buys $139 million worth of InterDigital becoming it's largest institutional shareholder in 3 short months!

Did he do his own diligence? What did he hear? From who? Paulson wasn't voted into Congress was he?
