What? dealReporter you say interest is waning and bidders are in a holding pattern, and all the while when IDCC erases it's gains, based solely on rumors, while in a quiet period since stating their investigation into "strategic alternatives" ... John Paulson somehow buys $139 million worth of InterDigital becoming it's largest institutional shareholder in 3 short months!
Did he do his own diligence? What did he hear? From who? Paulson wasn't voted into Congress was he?
