ribit,

You're on target, drug addicts & alcoholics are capable of doing many things under the influence.
If they are addicted, the other children should be watched, maybe placed in foster care, until or unless they get help.

But if she was sold, folks near the new parent would notice, don't you think?
Unless the child was taken out of the country?

Stay on the case, I'll try to do keep an ear to the ground.

Missing Baby Lisa Irwin: Police and Parents Spar on Tot's Birthday

http://abcnews.go.com/US/missing-baby-lisa-irwin-police-deny-attorneys-claim/story?id=14931954

This story has been bumped off the front pages by the recent doings at Penn State. I have been sorta keepin up with it though. It seems that the parents are "allegedly" dope heads and or alcoholics. If it's true, I can tell ys that kind of folks spends their life lying and stealing, then buyin their dope, gettin high and when they come back down they start the cycle all over. That being said, I wonder if they could have just sold that kid for drug money.

...us amateur sleuths gotta think of everything!
