Businesses are for profit.

Unions represent interests of individuals, a group of people.

There's a huge difference there. There is no law against assembly and protest. That's what they do. It is democracy.

Corporations are none of that. They represent PROFIT. That's not a person.

There's a huge difference.

...they have a product (labor) and they negotiate prices with their customers like any other product / producer. If would seem to me that if you are going to ban one, ya should ban both. On the other hand, it is probaly unconstitutional to ban either one.

...Businesses and labor are both special interest groups as is the National Rifle Association, the NAACP and a myriad of others. If ya start banning one, ya gotta ban em all.
