CF, you massively under estimate the difficulty of the restaurant business. In what other business is perishable raw material purchased, made into a product that is consumed on premises (or quickly) allowing the consumer immediate feedback? There is none. Cain is surely with many weaknesses and not ready for prime time, but to hint that running a restaurant is "not the hardest thing in the world" is less than fair. It's really really tough to succeed.
