Hi csl,

The most amazing thing about these boards is that you, a rational, sentient being, see that Republican field as thought it were a rich crop.

It is just a woeful and pitiful bunch. Good grief. I cannot believe you cannot see it.

Herman Cain ran a pizza joint. Not the hardest thing in the world. Dough. A whole lot of cheese. An oven. A box. He is as charming as ham and pineapple but he seems to have done no thinking in his entire life. Let him cook. Let him sing, even. But don't let him lead the US. He didn't even start the pizza company, for goodness sake. Just bought it and grew it a little.

If those were the only two choices I would choose Huntsman over Romney. I would choose Paul over everyone followed by Gingrich, then Cain.

I have no problem with Cain. He has executive experience, common sense and I just like him. A case can be made that he doesn't have a full grasp of the issues, but he is smart enough to recognize his own shortcomings and find people to fill in his gaps.

Actually Cain is the probably the closest any candidate has come to Reagan. You probably hated Reagan. I think Reagan was the best president since Lincoln.

I couldn't stand Kerry. Sorry.
