So here is the wildcard – InterDigital’s price range may be much higher than our target, which casts new light on complaints by potential interested parties regarding price. Although, based on the advisors that the Board of Directors hired, we believe that the intent is to sell the entire enterprise, the “walkaway’ price may be much higher than the market believes. The good news is that interested parties still appear to be above the “walkaway” price, otherwise the company would have concluded the process by now. The process is taking longer than investors expected, but it is definitely not outside of the range set by Nortel. Although MOSAID took less time, it had a gun to its head and probably gave up patent value for speed. We excluded Motorola Mobility from the analysis because we still believe that Google acquired MMI as much for operations as for patents.
