However, on Faux News last night they were talking like this was a great victory for conservatives and that Obama was all but out toast. And it seems that this was based on one initiative in Ohio that no one in media had hardly mentioned before, which does not have the effect of law, that 'banned' the healthcare mandate in Ohio (if the Supreme Court upholds the healthcare mandate than this law will be unenforceable). That and Virginia was all that they were talking about last night and for all intents and purposes, ignored the various other election results.
