Some really strange weather around the country, we went from the 80s to rain, frost, snow up in the mountains again, it's like something is slightly askew... Earquakes in strange places, nasty weather.
Or maybe we just never had the instant knowledge we do now via the Web...
In all the years I've lived here, over 40, I did something I've never done before.
Mowed the lawn after a snow storm.
Last Sunday I shoveled snow over a foot deep, today I mowed the lawn & leaves.
Usually, after snow falls, the leaves are frozen & stuck to the ground, or too wet & mushy.
It was in 50's & sunny, the leaves had dried during the week. So less raking to do, I HATE raking...
I really hate having to haul the leaves to the woods, over & over, it's back breaking.
