Bypassing this function via 'regualations issued by regulatory bodies' has caused us INCREDIBLE COST and bureaucracy.
It is NOT legitimate for Congress to 'establish' a 'regulatory body' that can 'regulate' outside the scope of LAWS passed by Congress.
That means ABSOLUTELY NO FEDERAL REGULATIONS.

My opinion.
A little regulation is a good thing.
but obama has gone way beyond a 'good thing'.
He is, in fact, trying to 'rule by fiat'. Can't
get congress to pass a 'cap and trade' carbon tax?
Use EPA regulation to make the same thing happen.
I think we both agree that obama is Un-Constitutional.
Welfare (at the federal level) is Un-Constitutional.
Etc. Etc.
