Opened at 28 went to 31 now 26.......I have been reading insiders and pre IPO investors couldn't wait for the IPO to dump. Wonder who was buying at 31 this morning? And bloomberg just said Groupon declined any interviews or answer any questions. That's odd for an IPO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Edit...... OH they layed off a big chunk of employees last week also......
Groupon's underwriters threw in an additional 5 million shares to make the offering 35 million shares. Lets see how many trade today.....Volume: 26,517,307 already
