I know the following post is from Yahoo but occasionally I find a poster who posts infrequently and is correct. This may be another case of that situation;

IDCC Update 22 minutes ago
My source has insisted that his timing if off, but that is because there are mulitiple parties involved and the talks have been fluid. So whenever IDCC is close to a deal another party comes in at the last minute to outbid them. None of the stuff reported in the DR is valid other than its true that Samsung has been hesitant to up their bid price and instead has worked to form a larger consortium. There are some big players in the US involved here. At this point, its only a matter of time.

I asked him if the bids were too low and IDCC was asking too much, and he assured me that IDCC would have ended the process if the bids were not adequate. The longer it takes the better it is for longs. Its only a matter of days or weeks at most before this gets done. Good luck to all!
