Fear is the easiest emotion to manipulate. Given the result, it is likely the false story was planted in order to create a narrative to justify the stock movement lower so that it hits their desired points on their chart. Those people moving the price are driving it to a spot, and the retail investor gets caught up by their own fear, self-doubt or follow like sheep and sell. Those driving don't want it to go back up until they are ready and/or unless it has too (due to an actual quantifiable event ie. sale).

It's fucking bullshit. And defies logic at it's core.

Also, given all the chatter on the message boards, it looks like the retail investor is buying options instead of shares. They short/sell on the bad news and buy options instead of buying the shares outright. Buying options naturally don't have the same impact to stock appreciation as buying outright. There is a large option market with this stock and option players are getting fleeced. When the option players get burnt in timing them incorrectly, the deserve their losses.

I don't think the drivers of this stock know anything, they just know this process takes time and in the meantime they go back to what they know and that is "gaps" and "resistence levels" and whatever shit comes from their trading programs. If anyone knows what is going on, they are accumulating stealthly.

Yes, a refreshing post. Thank you.
For some time I have wondered how a rumor from what was supposed to be the GTT group drove the share price down so much, yet the retraction from GTT and whatever was in the Oct. 20 report failed to even nudge the stock price. I have asked several people on the iHub. No one seems to know anything. I don't even care what the report says, but I wonder why the share price has not responded to it. Thoughts?
