Thank you. I'll look! I'd like to find a condo that's set up like an apartment - an indoor unit that wouldn't have any maintenance requirements unless it gets hit by a hurricane. For some time, I probably wouldn't even use it but once every few years.
From all that I hear, New Hampshire is not a very good place to spend winters. Having a 2 bedroom Florida condo to retreat to would be an ideal solution. It's what most of my elderly relatives in Connecticut have done - and their winters aren't even that bad!
