Always have.
It's the trading of this stock that reinforces this feeling. I don't buy into the premise of the "Efficient Market." It's a crock o'shit especially in situations like this. This stock is trading in a range, driven to price points according to charts and algo's. And because of that, it makes me believe the reality, that nobody, nobody but the major parties involved know what is going on and they aren't talking. And even if they were, theflyonthewall would not be the Woodward and Bernstein for this information. As a result, "the market" is trading this stock not on information but going back to their first principles (ie. market has uncertainty, ergo, don't have a fucking clue what is going on, so let's go back to the charts to find direction and create a narrative).
The rumors from dealReporter and whatever crap outlet are likely snippets from a single source or two which have been extrapolated and superimposed in order to create an article longer than a sentence. Notice how the major parties, Apple, Intel, Microsoft are not in the rumors from dealReporter only small players who would never lead a consortium. Since they know nothing, dealReporter at it's best is a small puzzle piece which looks like the tip of an elbow and everyone is giving their opinion as to what the picture is. It's Michaelangelo's David, it's a picture of Pete Rose, it's Gweneth Paltrow, it's likely none of them and in reality only noise from a clueless whisper.
