I am currently long VHC and have done a lot of DD on the investment. It was already P'ed and already D'ed (stock ran from $3 to $40). It recently fell back to $11 and now has recovered up to over $21. A trader's delight.
I thought it was overvalued earlier in the year and a great buy in the teens. It will continue to be volatile until Release 10 LTE-Advanced (2013-2014) but they look like they are in a sweet spot for royalties on all VPN-related tech (which is embedded in the LTE-A standard). We'll see.
