that's good that you are replying to me over here as opposed to IHUB, since i can't stand that other board anymore due to all the noise.
I concluded what i did based upon my repeated questions to Ms Point and the statement of all existing customers need to report above the 10% threshold and she agreed and stood behind it.
now, if it's not HTC or RIMM as you mentioned, then my other conclusion is non other than...
wait for this:
Apple's ODM's under licensee put together.
asus, pegatron, whoever else that manufacturers for APPLE and we get a cut.
individually, they don't account for 10% of total revs for q3, but collectively, they do.
this "audit" may be routine in the "hybrid" contract.
that's my theory as who else (maybe sharp? but they would have to report) is generating that much revs/shipments to pay interdigital?
i'm glad you put holes in my first theory, b/c i like the 2nd one better anyways.
