Just got home after spending 7 hours less than 15 miles away, trying to get back, going around fallen trees, branches, watching for others that looked ready to come down, stuck in terrible traffic in the boonies, etc.
I thought I would have to spend the night in the car.
Travel with care, those high winds might ice the roads.
Nearly 6 inches now, & when the wind kicks up, the heavy snow falls off the trees making it blizard like.
Just put almond cookies in the oven, keep the house warmer, just in case. Fingers & toes crossed!
