Is there any evidence as to WHY he's in critical condition, clo? I haven't been able to find anything concrete... just two sides blaming each other. The 'brick to the head' explanation makes the most sense, don't you think?

He may HAVE served those tours, but it wasn't terribly recent. An active-duty Marine wouldn't have had a haircut like that. Someone who's been out for a year or so, however, might. I'd say he was a veteran, not currently serving.
