Just for thought,I have nothing to base this on but the timing.When the judge from ITC retired out of the blue,the Feds were just finishing up that major insider investigation.IMO only,is it possible he got caught up in it? He was then told to retire immediately or face prosecution (and still might)? I have read many reasons on the boards why he retired so quick,but not this theory and that is all it is,,a theory.
