Agree, Loop. Unfortunately It sure looks like the Dealreporters of the world are aware that IDCC wont comment in this self-imposed period of silence and are using that against them to spew out whatever FUD they can...and its sticking!
It would help if IDCC was not best in class at turning the other cheek. Mr. Jacobs would have already had his lawyers ready to file suit after the first fud report by Deal Reporter. Sitting silently while bad information is published can easily be taken as a ratification. If untrue, it is a lay down case of intentional business disparagement.
