I took some license with this article... adding a few words of my own. They're in bold.

Anyway... it's an entertaining piece. Chastity makes some hilarious comments - things he/she/it probably should have kept mum about!

Chaz Bono blasts 'disrespectful' 'Dancing with the Stars' judges for picking on his/her/its weight

Chaz Bono and pro Lacey Schwimmer have both caught flack on 'DWTS' for their weight.

Being a transgendered person wasn't the only adversity Chaz Bono had to face on "Dancing with the Stars."

In an interview with "Good Morning America" on Wednesday morning after his/her/its elimination, the son/daughter/creature that Cher bore blasted the dance competition and its judges for picking on him/her/it for being overweight.

"I was called a basketball, a penguin, an Ewok, and I just didn't appreciate it," Bono said, calling out Bruno Tonioli in particular for his "disrespectful" comments.

"If you want to critique my dancing and give me some constructive advice so I can try to improve the next time that I'm there, that would be great," he/she/it added. "But I don't really know how to be less penguish, and so I kind of took offense to that.”

Bono, who earned a score of 19 out of a possible 30 on Monday night, also said he believed that overweight men have a harder time on "Dancing with the Stars" than overweight women, for example Kirstie Alley from last season. And, no doubt, it's probably harder still for overweight X-males.

In one way, Bono has a point. If this competition had been held in the dark ages - when "pudgy" was the ideal for women - the criticism might have been less harsh. On the other hand, dancing usually calls for grace and agility that pudgy people don't have. And, of course, in the Dark Ages, Chaz would probably have been burned at the stake as some sort of a nightmarish demon recently escaped from Hell.

Maybe she should just clam up and acknowledge that ascerbic criticism is and has always been part of the show. And that he/she/it was essentially "carried" for a few weeks longer than actually deserved. I only saw a little, but from that and what I've read, Chaz's dancing skills were pretty awful.
