...things like netflix are "luxuries" and as such folks don't have to put up with rampant gouging like they do with gas, electricity and water. They screwed their customers and now their customers are returning the favor. There will be a lot of shake outs in the non vital industries. In my neighborhood there isn't another house within quarter mile that has cable tv other than mine and only one with satelite. Folks are just sick of the ever increasing bills and decreasing service.
