Yep, that is exactly what the leftists would want - have the federal government steal from Americans in the other 49 states to pay for the willfully stupid, thoroughly brain-dead decisions by the people of Rhode Island. I've got a better idea - let the people of Rhode Island pay for their own monumentally ignorant screw-up or let Rhode Island declare bankruptcy and discharge the obligations or let Rhode Islanders man-up to reality and rescind this clueless piece of legislative wishful thinking that even a junior-high-schooler would know is not sustainable.
