Dws and amrwonderful: I have no 'insider' information or have i been connected to the industry.
I only have my opinions as stated twice in my post. One of those are based on the fact--if memory serves-- that the majority of Idcc's current licencees(e.g. HTC) have had much better than expected earnings for the past two or three quarters.
Furthermore--looking at the big picture-- think about the implications in the concept of powerful and extremely motivated consortia being very desirous and covetous of what Idcc has to offer.
