Orda, I think they'd have come up with that stuff anyway. The greed is beyond measure.

I am for relaxing certain regulations, heaven knows there are plenty that are harebrained and stifling. But when it comes to FINANCIAL regulations, there needs to be much, much more restrictive regs.

And put a stop to the trading of oil (and other commodities) in large positions by folks that have no true place in the oil market.

I could make a list, but I'd get tired typing long before the end.

That and when the trading houses went public and needed to meet quarterly revenue targets. That's when they had to start making shit up. Excuse me, I meant "innovative products."
