...libya (the new gubmint) already has a contract. Most of their oil is going to italy. IMHO, italy should fund the rebuilding effort.

Libya is VERY grateful for our help.
They have some of the sweetest oil.

Remember, we get most of our oil from Canada.

Iraq wants to buy aircraft from us, I wouldn't rush into that.
