There is a very small town at the bottom of my property. The new property. Assuming I get it. I could get groceries, mail a letter, and go to church there, but not much else.

The nearest town of consequence is a 20 minute drive... about ten miles. It has a college, Home Depot, Wal-mart, McDonalds, chinese buffet, Dollar tree, large library, etc. Everything I could need.

Gold is $1,581/oz today. When it hits $2,000, it will be up 26.5%. Let's see how long that takes. - De 3/11/2013 - ANSWER: 7 Years, 5 Months
