Wonder if they are inside the DoD kimono. Apple's phones are insecure. Windows phones have only a small share of the market.
Or if they are inside the Sprint kimono. Sprint is willing to act as a bitpipe to the marketplace.
Or if this is a Wave science project using Samsung equipment with hope on the spear tip.
At any rate, it is nice to see Wave's software working on an Android phone and between devices. 'Twill be interesting to see how it is received by the MNOs.
I also note the corporate setting. Enterprise looks to be the first mover once more.
