DG, how does keeping your money in a savings account tie up your money?
I have easy access to mine, just make a tad more interest on it their rather then in my checking acct.
I can transfer from one to the other, online.
clo, I have over 50k in my checking account because I will not tie it up for such a small amount of interest. Raise the cap gains tax to 50% and I will sell my stock and see about investing my money overseas.
