I don't know what 'Citizens United' is. Please elaborate.
Capital gains taxes are among MY gripes. They are how we know that politicians (most eminently, our President) are LYING THROUGH THEIR TEETH when they talk about taxing the rich. Politicians only want to tax ordinary income, and ordinary income isn't how the rich make their money.

Why are you excluding government, clo? You don't think that there is complicity by the government? Why are you directing your wrath at only a PART of the problem???
The problem is corporations. The problem is big money. The problem is government. The problem is Republicans. The problem is Democrats. The problem is the Tea Party. The problem is the OWS protesters.
But, imo, most of the problem is YOU, clo, and those who are like you. People who actively support part of the problem while protesting other parts. As long as most Americans are like you, there will be no answers. There will be too much chaos to actually deal with fixing things.
