thanks for taking the time to call...and realizing just what a hard job they have....they probably receive a lot of angry calls....and are eager to talk to someone who is nice and understands their limitations
Im not so sure its a deadline in terms of a deal. IDCC has 40 days to report their 10Q after the quarter which would be November 9th. Were basically wondering whether IDCC will actually have an official press release of earnings or if they will just release the 10Q which will state what their earnings were. I wouldn't take the Nov 9th as a deadline for a deal. It could come tomorrow or after Nov 9th.
