looks like thats where it dragging into November came from at least it seems to me the 9th is now a deadline

I spoke with a very nice Lady named Natalie who is Janet Point's assistant for IR. I did not interrogate her and it was a very friendly call. The few details I did manage to get were that the cc wasnt required for earnings report and may not be utilized. Secondly, while they typically report earnings the last week of october, they are required to report it by November 9th. After she seemed comfortable talking to me I did bring up dealreporter. She said she was very familiar with what they were reporting and that IDCC has no plans to release anything as the process is on going. She went even further than what I was expecting though and said that "such reporting from dealreporter is pure speculation and should be treated as rumors."

None of the info I received was earth shattering for longs or shorts. I did take it as a positive that IR is answering calls and attempting to address shareholder concerns. I can only imagine from the posters on this MB, what kind of rude AH's they have to deal with.

I did not try to force info out nor persuade her for my own agenda. What I did find intereresting was oct. 24 was never mentioned and she was quick to say Nov 9th. The second thing I found interesting was I figured she would avoid or downplay the DR topic but instead used the words "pure speculation" and "rumors". The word choice seemed agressive, but i'm sure I could just be reading into things too much.

Just figured I'd share the conversation, since posters here seemed concerned about IR.
