Unfortunately, you're wrong. The country has been on this track for at least eight years. It's very predictable. As a matter of fact, unless the Republican who wins in 2012 is able to get people to love him the way FDR did, he'll be in for a world of hurt in the 2016 election.

Brace yourself for a series of one-term presidents.
