you have given me more insight to your concerns as to why the MNO's won't play ball and I must say they are well thought out.
I will not try to trump your argument with the tech stuff again and the various business models being put forth that allow all the players to engage in the MFS's and supposedly make money.
The two year Wave model for the mobiles simply comes from SKS saying that they will announce their intentions in the third quarter ( I think that's what I heard)and maybe product to show in Jan/2012.
He said something about all the chips in the mobiles having to be replaced but don't worry it's all a 2 year cycle anyways in the mobile space. I just thought it sounded like volume of product starting to ship by the end of 2012 early 2013. Speculation on my part.
As you say it maybe another 4-5 years who knows and I hope you are wrong.
My "circle jerk" comment may have been to harsh so, sorry if I offended you.
Anyway I will continue to post what I think is worth posting in the Mobile space regarding potential Wave opportunities and really it's all speculation at this point.
You keep your opinions coming it's a free world the last I heard.
