That has been my take too--no news means process is still afoot. 

However, the past leak (which obviously came from the IDCC camp) says 

"financial advisors for InterDigital continue to reach out to strategics to participate in consortia to acquire the company, said a source and people familiar with the process." 

The fact that they are still reaching out to companies is awful awful news. Unless they clarify this with some concrete interest next week, I'm done.

Tech,,You were one of the few posters left over there I read.From what I understand,nothing like IDCC has ever gone on the market,so any comparisons to other sales is just a WAG.I listen to Loophole,TC and a few others,that's it.There is no doubt for me,we are in a perfect storm,we are worth more dead than alive.I also get great comfort knowing that all the whores who have done everything possible to avoid paying us,will rue the day when a bigger dog owns IDCC's portfolio.Hold the line,we will get the last laugh,of that I have no doubt.
