You weren't entirely wrong. I wouldn't be so surprised if there were network type trust elements and hard drive type trust elements to be introduced in the mobile market. No one quite expected these in the PC space and then they turned out to be intrinsic and to hold the show back for years. We may see something like this, but I don't know.

But you are right that I am really happy not to have to think so much about the vision thing anymore. This is a numbers racket for a while, and that is a great relief.

Ok, So I was off base on my TNC example and we are back to the Secure Element discussion and who controls it and which one will prevail.

I think you said elsewhere and I agree with you, that Wave delaying their entry point in the mobile space is not necessarily a bad thing. Let the MNO's, Device OEM's, Banks figure out what they want and then Wave can build their TAN (Trust Area Network) around it.

As long as it has a MTM and Trusted Execution Environment somewhere on the device it's good for Wave.

If it takes an "age" to sort out, well there is Golf, cards and the PC space.
