Idcc's strength has always been they are on the cutting edge of wireless and they have the 'goods'. Their weakness has been their tendency to trust companies like Nokia, LG etc to have integrity and to do the right thing. And, they trusted in the court system to do the right thing....we all know how that has worked out.
IMO, Apple, Intel etc are a lot like Idcc in having integrity and the 'goods'.Their strength is they have the stength, power, and money to take the 'goods' Idcc has and give anyone who stands in their way a good well deserved ass kicking. MO
