SEAL BEACH, Calif. — Southern California authorities say six people have been killed and three wounded in a shooting at a hair salon in the city of Seal Beach.
Police arrested an asshole a half-mile from the shooting scene and he was taken into custody. Bowles says multiple weapons were seized.
