And CF, collectively and individually those board members have been involved in a lot of business mistakes and several failures. Those are real learning experiences one doesn't wish to repeat. Hopefully the knowledge and wisdom learned is shared as well as that gleaned from their successes. I've oft been of the opinion that this BoD has been compliant and complacent, but things do change and surely this is indeed a time in which this investor expects them to do the right thing.

I think I'm about 75% confident that Wave sees something we cannot regarding actual demand.

The board (rather than SKS) must have taken the decision to expand the business rapidly at this point. I find it hard to believe they are all bonkers.

Okay - looking at the maths, I think it's 25% likely they are all bonkers. Hey, it's less than half.
