I don't know who assembled this graphic, but I question it. I seriously doubt that 99% of the population want to end the 2 party system - though I *do* think that would be excellent for the country if it came about honestly.

I don't even know what's meant by "Constitutional Amendments." Add some? Enforce them? Remove some? What???
