KTC,

1. You said we had the wrong case. You lied - it was exactly the same case. You're busted; you lose.

2. WTVT is a television station affiliated with Fox Television; it is not Fox News. You lied; you're busted; you lose.

3. The appeals court, in considering the possible application of whistle blower statutes, determined there are no laws or rules against distorting the news. The court did not find that WTVT distorted the news and neither did WTVT go to court to "defend their right to distort the news," as you said earlier. You lied; you're busted; you lose.

The author of that article nailed your specious argument to the wall as the blatant lie that it obviously is. You're guilty of intentionally distorting the facts and lying simply because you're eaten up with irrational hatred.

Have a nice day!

B.

Beldin:

Fox News (WTVT) was being sued by two former employees for wrongful termination. Fox won the suit. Fox argued and the appeals court ruled that there is no enforceable rule against distorting the news.
