Bank of America says it will pay Sallie Krawcheck a one-time severance
package of $5.15M plus a full years salary of $850K after being ousted
from her role as head of the bank's wealth management group. The bank is
also paying former president of consumer banking Joe Price a lump sum
payment of $4.15M plus his entire year $850K salary as well.
Yes, this is pretty outrageous. It's almost like they're TRYING to upset
people...
It's certainly not because their stock has performed well.
The Board should all be fired.
How can these people entrusted with management oversight of billions of
dollars be (a) so frigging stupid and (b) so tone deaf to what is
happening all around them....
DO SOMETHING!
