Oh, a couple of other things, KTC ...

1. You said we had the wrong case, and then you proved yourself to be a liar by referring us to the same exact case.

2. No one ... NO ONE ... said anything about you being wrong because you "claimed that Fox News was found guilty." Everything that was posted specifically (and successfully) disputed your idiotic notion that "Fox News went to court to defend their right to lie and distort the news." So, we had it correct all along, and for you to try and say otherwise is simply a pathetic attempt on your part to create a lame smokescreen to cover your own ideologically fueled misunderstanding - 'cuz you won't read for yourself.

Cheers!

Hi DG:

Beldin and the dopey author of his piece are as oblivious as you. Both totally missed the point of my contention. The author butchered the case beyond recognition.

Nobody claimed that Faux Nooz was found guilty. The contention was that Faux went to court to defend their right to lie and distort the news. Faux Won! And they've been distorting the news ever since.
