You're kidding us right?. The president on the the BOD. That doesnt mean there isnt a clash on this issue. Management has had a propensity to not sue and try to work out deals. So, i would think management would not be quick to pull the trigger on a LG lawsuit. Adding LG to the lawsuit, possibly at the behest of a strong bidder, tells me that the BOD [read terry clontz] is firmly in charge of the company right now, and a deal is going to be done to CASH OUT the current shareholders at a comfortable level. Id throw the fantasy numbers out, but i still see a deal being done between 90 and 150 Mr. Green Mr. Green Mr. Green Mr. Green

Do you think management that makes the LG decision has info from the BOD about the status of the auction and perhaps wishes of bidders? Or are thud two completely separated.
