For those that do not use twitter, that last one was a "ReTweet" (twitter equivalent of saying +1). Ron republished or RT'ed Florian Mueller's comments.

I make this distinction only because I know some (including myself) do not agree with everything Mr. Mueller (@FOSSpatents) says.
