If the NYPD were to put Hillary Clinton in a short skirt and have her parade up and down the streets ... well ... those attacks would probably stop in no time at all. The molester would be so grossed out after seeing Hillary that he would never even dream of touching a woman, ever again! Now, THAT would be true crime prevention in action.
