...IMHO, the responsibility of the gubmint is to advise the accused of what they are charged and when the trial will be held. If they chose not to show up, that is not something with which we should be concerned. Hold the trial same as ya do with a civil hearing. If the accused chooses not to appear nor to make a defense then ya just try them in abstencia. If they are convicted, then when the cops / military manages to round em up they go directly to prison without passing go or collecting $200.00

Beldin, why was he not charged as a civilian, in a civil court, with a jury of his peers?

Regardless of the GUILTY verdict, he could appeal and appeal until the rest of us are dead.

Ohgod, I hope Eric Holder doesn't find out about this.
