Beldin, why was he not charged as a civilian, in a civil court, with a jury of his peers?

Regardless of the GUILTY verdict, he could appeal and appeal until the rest of us are dead.

... since Anwar al-Awlaki was an American citizen and Obama had him executed without even a hundredth of the judicial due process given to murderers executed in this country for their crimes, do the bleeding-heart, anti-capital punishment squawkers like clo now hold Obama in even lesser regard than they do the governors of states that execute convicted murderers whose cases have received numerous reviews and appeals to higher courts? Hmmmmmmm?
